YOUR CIRCUS. YOUR MONKEYS. YOUR LIFE.

You already know what to do. Let's figure out why you're still not in the center ring.

You are a woman who has already tasted success. You are accomplished. You have done the work — the courses, masterminds, coaching, and endless personal development designed to fix your flaws. You started out full of joy and hope…and somehow things have gotten heavy and hard. It feels like your business is having a midlife crisis, but try as you might, you can’t seem to fix it.

You are the one people call when they need someone who has it together. Everything rests on your shoulders. Some days you want to run away and open a bookstore or maybe join the circus.

So, what’s with the circus?

At the turn of the last century, female circus performers were some of the highest-paid and most admired women in the nation. They had the power, agency, freedom, and respect denied to most other women of their age.

People came to the circus to be inspired, entertained, and to see the impossible become possible.

During my research, I found inspiration in the stories of those women who soared on the flying trapeze, were strong enough to twirl men around their heads with just one hand, and tamed tigers. I’m obsessed with the stories of these women who did remarkable things in a time when other women were stuck at home in corsets and long dresses.

These women’s lives may look different from yours at first glance, but they had to deal with:

  • Overcoming failure

  • Jealousy and bullying

  • Following their dreams even when others didn’t understand or agree

  • Deciding to stay small or risk being seen

  • A system that believed women were not capable

  • Learning their worth and to ask for commensurate pay

Maybe this sounds familiar?

Ready to learn more about these remarkable circus stars and what you can borrow from their success?

Hi, I’m Lynne

I'm the one high-capacity women call when they know what they want but don't trust themselves to go after it.

I help them understand what's keeping them out of the center ring so they can stop postponing themselves and step into the next chapter with clarity, self-trust, and hope.

We begin with what is going right.

I have a knack for seeing the possibility in people and ideas. I used that knack for 24 years, helping women become visible on international stages, write best-selling books, expand businesses, increase profits, and remove the chaos and overwhelm that keep good projects from getting done.

When the back of my neck tingles during our conversations, that's my cue we've just found your next big opportunity. First, we clear the internal blocks that are keeping you small. Then we map out practical steps to help you reach that goal.

My Superpower is Hope

Now for the juicy stuff….

In addition to my proven business strategies, I know the power of intention, intuition, energy, and miracles. In my life and in the lives of my clients, I’ve witnessed the power of aligning practical strategy with profound inner healing work. My goal- give you back your hope.

I blend the woo with the do

My work is non-judgmental, individualized, and deep. We might be talking about a childhood trauma one minute and your P&L statement the next. We’ll even ask your ancestors for advice if that feels right.

There is no separation between business and spirit- and I will listen to your secret chaos and biggest dreams with equal enthusiasm.

A few more things about me

The fun ones first.

I am fueled by Earl Grey tea and an occasional Dr Pepper- my guilty pleasure!

Baking is one of my love languages. Honey wheat bread, blueberry lemon scones, cherry pie, and traditional cheesecake are my most requested creations.

I adore books and read at least 100 of them every year

I love combining travel with spiritual discovery — except the day I was meditating in front of an ancient tree and earned 100 chigger bites for my devotion.

People have called me an unsinkable optimist my whole life. I see possibilities lit up in front of me like lights on a runway.

You’ll see me most days makeup-free, in jeans, and relaxed in the Andean mountain air.

Now the ones that matter professionally.

I entered the online business world at the very beginning, when it was a boys' club. The best networking happened in the ladies' room during breaks. I’ve owned my own business since 2002 and learned from failure and success.

I ghostwrote a book for a billionaire after passing a rigorous in-person interview — first his attorney, then his son, then him. Most of my writing has been for wealthy, successful men and women who shared everything they’d learned with me.

Thanks to the miracle of webinars and Zoom, I’ve trained people from six of the seven continents- and I’d love to meet someone from Antarctica!

I've hosted retreats where women laughed, cried, shopped until they dropped, wrote, and planned moves that changed their businesses. We called it work. It felt like something more.

I’ve spent more than 20 years receiving extensive training in business, coaching, and healing tools, including Compassion Key, Non-Personal Awareness, and Intergenerational Healing. I’ve completed all the courses for a PhD in Employee Development. My toolbox has a lot in it, so that I can tailor my work to whatever is needed in the moment, whether it’s a business strategy or a painful pattern lodged deep in your subconscious mind.

Now, let’s talk about you

You might be a perfect fit for this work if:

  • You feel called to step into a bigger version of your current reality

  • You have a big mission and are ready to share it with the world

  • You have felt your intuition call to you, but don't know how to rely on it fully

  • You are open to trying new things

  • You want your life and work to contribute something beautiful to the world

  • You are no longer willing to sacrifice your health, family, and joy to succeed — if it isn't fun and fulfilling, you don't want it anymore

If you are feeling a nudge, there are two ways to explore working together

If you want to start slowly —

Circus of Hope is a free 3-part private podcast. It is the place to begin if you want to understand this work before you step into it. Each episode is a quiet conversation about what becomes possible when you step into the center ring of your life.

If you are ready to talk —

The Hall of Mirrors is a private call where we start with what’s working in your life and what else is possible for you. This is not a sales call. It’s a guided process to show you where you are and what’s in the way of what you want.

We’ll also know if we are meant to work together further. If we both feel the vibe, I’ll tell you more about my private mentoring work and group programs. If the time isn’t right for you yet, I’ll give you some pointers about your next steps so that you can move forward on your own. Either way, you’ll leave the call with clarity, hope, and more possibilities.

In 1768, a woman named Patty Astley rode a horse at full gallop with both her arms covered in swarms of bees.

She and her husband Philip opened the world's first circus in London that year — and while history largely remembers his name, she was the one in the ring, doing the thing no one had seen before.

She was also raising a child. At a time when a woman working at all was uncommon, Patty Astley was building the world's first circus, performing death-defying acts, and mothering — simultaneously, without apology.

She was not fearless. She was a woman who had decided what she was capable of.

History is full of women like her. Women who threw off what was expected, stepped into the ring, and discovered that what looked impossible from the outside was simply a matter of knowing their own strength.

You are one of them.

You just need someone to sit across from you and remind you what you are capable of.

That is why I am here for you.
