This privacy policy explains what information is collected when you visit circusofherown.com or sign up for any offer through Circus of Her Own, how that information is used, and what choices you have. It is written in plain language because you deserve to understand it.
Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to all visitors to circusofherown.com and anyone who provides personal information through this website or through the Podia platform used to deliver Circus of Her Own programs and communications.
What Information Is Collected
Information you provide directly. When you opt in to receive The Story in Her Ear: A Circus of Hope, book a Hall of Mirrors session, or contact me through this website, you provide your name and email address. I collect only what you give me, and only when you choose to give it.
Information collected automatically. This website is hosted on Squarespace, which collects basic visitor data including browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This information is aggregated and anonymous — it tells me how the site is being used, not who you are. I do not currently use Google Analytics or any additional third-party tracking tools.
How Your Information Is Used
Your name and email address are used to:
Deliver the audio content or resources you requested
Send you emails related to Circus of Her Own, including new content, offers, and updates
Respond to questions or inquiries you send directly
I do not sell your information. I do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. I do not add you to lists you did not ask to be on.
Email Communications
Email delivery for Circus of Her Own is managed through Podia. When you opt in to any offer, your name and email address are stored in Podia's system and subject to Podia's privacy practices, which you can review at podia.com.
Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and your request will be honored promptly. Unsubscribing from email communications does not delete your account if you have purchased or accessed content through Podia.
Booking and Sessions
Hall of Mirrors sessions are booked through Calendly. When you book a session, you provide your name, email address, and your preferred time. This information is used only to confirm and conduct your session. Calendly's privacy practices can be reviewed at calendly.com.
Sessions are held via video call. I do not record sessions unless you ask me to do so for later review.
Data Retention
I retain your contact information for as long as you remain on my email list or have an active relationship with Circus of Her Own. If you unsubscribe and have no active programs or sessions, your data may be retained in Podia's system according to their policies. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing lynne@circusofherown.com.
